Job summary

Zuventus HealthCare Ltd. is seeking a Field Sales/Medical Representative to drive product detailing and field sales across assigned territory in Tamil Nadu. You will meet doctors and chemists daily, conduct detailing, gather market information, and ensure product availability.

• Product detailing skills should be very good.
• Sales performance in current company.
• Conversions done in last 3 months.
• Market feedback.
• Connect with customers which candidate has been covering.
• Initiatives taken to convert doctors and other success stories in present assignment.

Responsibilities

• Acquire product knowledge through training programs and on job training.
• Meet doctors and chemists daily and present detailing to doctors and specialists.
• Conduct chemist surveys to gather market information and ensure product availability.
• Ensure 100% implementation of strategy and campaigns.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for the territory.
• Ensure on-time payment collection and capture sales and stock data from stockists.
• Promote new products and expand prescriber base in the territory.
• Visit stockists regularly and monitor near expiry stocks for liquidation.

Role & responsibilities

Acquire the required product knowledge by attending the training programs, cycle meetings and on the job training conducted by the organisation.

• Meet the number of Doctors and Chemist per day as decided by respective divisions as per company policy & Making presentations (detailing) to doctors, specialists, etc.
• Do chemist survey to get market information and ensure availability of products.
• Ensure 100% implementation of strategy and campaigns.
• Achieving (and exceeding) monthly sales target of your territory.
• Ensure on time payment collection and sales and stock data from stockist
• Ensure new product success in your territory
• Ensure increase in prescriber base in your territory
• Regularly visit stockiest and monitor near expiry stocks and ensure liquidation
