Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate doctors schedules, consultations, rounds, procedures, and meetings.
• Coordinate patient appointments, investigations, procedures, admissions, and follow-ups.
• Liaise with consultants, nursing, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, billing, and medical records.
• Track pending clinical reports, consultations, and treatment requirements.
• Assist with multidisciplinary coordination for complex patients.
• Support patient and caregiver communication within the roles scope.
• Coordinate referrals and specialist consultations.
• Maintain accurate medical-coordination records and trackers.
• Escalate delays, urgent clinical requirements, and service issues to appropriate authorities.
• Support discharge coordination and follow-up planning.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and medical information.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly coordination reports.
• Assist with clinical audits, quality-improvement programs, and accreditation activities.
• Support implementation of medical-services SOPs and workflow improvements.
