The role focuses on end-to-end training, content development, and regular quality audits to ensure high standards in coding accuracy and knowledge sharing. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of experience in Medical Coding.
• 2–4 years of experience in training/mentoring.
• CPC Certification (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of ICD & CPT coding updates.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
• Ability to adapt and learn new specialties quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end training programs including client-specific training, industry updates, and general medical coding sessions.
• Train coders on ICD and CPT coding, including latest updates and guidelines.
• Specialize in ED.
• Develop and update training content/materials aligned with current standards.
• Coordinate with Supervisors and Training Managers to plan and execute training initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits: new hire charts, new specialty cases, ongoing quality audits.
• Track performance and continuously improve training effectiveness.
