Job summary

Aptita in India seeks a senior digital marketing leader with 10-12 years in digital media, growth, and leadership to drive performance marketing across channels.

You will manage multi-crore monthly media budgets, deliver ROAS/CPA/CPL outcomes, and lead senior client relationships, pitches, and account growth while leveraging AI and BI tools and full-funnel strategies.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years in digital media, performance or growth marketing, including leadership responsibility.
• Experience managing media budgets of 2–3 Crore per month and delivering measurable outcomes (ROAS, CPA, CPL).
• Success in senior client relationships, pitches and account growth.
• Strong full-funnel expertise across social, search, programmatic, video and commerce; SEO and CRM knowledge.
• Proficiency in GA4 and Looker Studio or Tableau; familiarity with BI tools.
• Experience with AI, automation and testing.
• Strong commercial judgment in budgeting, forecasting, pricing and profitability.
