Job summary

RTE Transweigh India is seeking a Mechatronics Technician/Engineer to own customer projects—from planning the testing application to on-site commissioning. You will configure and validate our acoustic testing software and lead the system installation at client plants across India.

A Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required, along with knowledge of PLC protocols, basic scripting, and familiarity with NDT methods.

• Knowledge of PLC communication protocols and basic scripting.
• Familiarity with NDT methods and willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

RTE Transweigh India is a German-Indian joint venture, builds acoustic testing systems that detect material defects directly in the production line. We are looking for a technician or engineer to take ownership of customer projects — from planning the testing application to commissioning on site.
Your role: configure and validate our acoustic testing software, commission systems at customer plants across India, and train their teams.
You bring: a Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; knowledge of PLC communication protocols; basic scripting skills; familiarity with NDT methods; fluent English; and willingness to travel nationwide.
