Job summary

ABDOS Lamitubes Pvt. Ltd. in Roorkee is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician with a Diploma in Mechanical engineering and 2–7 years of hands-on experience. The role focuses on maintaining high-speed tube making machines and utilities, with emphasis on documentation and compliance.

You will lead preventive and breakdown maintenance, ensure ISO & GMP records are up to date, and handle odd-hour breakdowns. Lamitubes industry experience is preferred. Roorkee location, India.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical engineering is required.
• 2–7 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Experience with high-speed tube making equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical documentation for operation, troubleshooting & maintenance of mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of high speed tube-making machines and utilities.
• Carry out routine servicing and maintain records per ISO & GMP.
• Handle breakdowns including odd hours and manage maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of operation and maintenance of all types of equipment.
• Execute predictive & preventive maintenance of DG sets, air compressors, chillers & package AC.

Salary - 3.5 to 4 LPA

Role & Responsibilities:

• Prepared technical documentation for operation, troubleshooting & maintenance of mechanical system.
• Preventive, Breakdown Maintenance & Operating of High Speed Machines for Tube making (MINI 120, AISA, PSG & Combi machines) & Utilities.
• Carrying out the utility Equipment's routine servicing check-ups as per schedule & maintain its records as per ISO & GMP.
• Responsible for breakdowns including odd hours breakdowns and all maintenance related activities of the manufacturing facility.
• Knowledge of operation & maintenance of all types of equipment.
• Operation predictive & preventive maintenance of Diesel Generator, Air compressors Chillers & Package AC.

NOTE :- Experience should be of Lamitubes industry only.
