Job summary

Maxop Engineering Company Pvt. Ltd. in Rajasthan seeks an experienced Maintenance Engineer to perform hands-on maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as transfer systems, conveyors, rollers and belts.

You will carry out breakdown, preventive and predictive maintenance, inspect EOT cranes, support installation of aluminium extrusion press, read mechanical drawings, and ensure safety compliance using PPE. 5–7 years in industrial mechanical maintenance preferred.

Qualifications

• ITI – Mechanical, 5–7 years in mechanical maintenance in an industrial setup.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills for hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyors, and utilities.
• Exposure to Aluminium extrusion plant maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals.
• Knowledge of basic safety standards and maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of transfer systems, conveyors, rollers, and belts.
• Maintenance of utilities such as DG sets, cooling towers, air compressors.
• Perform breakdown, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Carry out regular inspection and maintenance of EOT cranes.
• Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Aluminium Extrusion Press (added advantage).
• Diagnose mechanical faults and implement corrective measures to reduce downtime.
• Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and safety documentation.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and utilities teams for smooth operations.

• Air Compressors

• Basic knowledge of welding and gas-cutting operations (added advantage)
• Diagnose mechanical faults and implement corrective measures to reduce downtime
• Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and safety documentation
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and industry regulations using appropriate PPE
• Coordinate with production, quality, and utilities teams for smooth operations

Qualification

• Minimum Qualification: ITI – Mechanical
