Job summary

Lakshya Hr Solutions is seeking a skilled mechanical maintenance professional for a manufacturing setup in Rajasthan. The role covers troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of SPMs, presses, CNCs, and VMCs with Fanuc controls, plus hydraulic and electrical awareness.

The candidate should lead the maintenance team, maintain documentation, and ensure calibration and spare parts management. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 10+ years in auto parts manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing environment (auto parts preferred).
• Experience with SPM, press, CNC, VMC and Fanuc controls is essential.

Responsibilities

• Machine troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance of SPM, presses, CNC, and VMC with Fanuc control.
• Hydraulic drawing and circuit understanding; knowledge of power presses (ISGEC, SEYI, AIDA) and hydraulic clutches.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
• Lead and manage maintenance team effectively.
• Documentation, VSA audits, spare parts management.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans.
• Update check sheets, manage budget, perform root-cause analysis and maintain calibration records.
