Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in Mohali requires a skilled Maintenance Engineer to plan preventive maintenance, diagnose faults in CNC VMC machines, and lead a technical team to minimize downtime on automotive and farm equipment lines.

You will coordinate with suppliers for components, manage budgets, maintain records, and develop robust maintenance procedures. A background in PLM, CNC programming, and reliability analytics is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant maintenance/automation experience.
• Experience with CNC programming and PLC controls.

Responsibilities

• Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance; respond to breakdowns.
• Diagnose faults on CNC VMC machines; perform maintenance/ programming / PLC tasks.
• Repair equipment; supervise engineering and technical staff.
• Obtain specialist components; manage budgets and stock.
• Maintain statistical and machine records; ensure procedures are followed.
• Create maintenance procedures and improve existing processes.
