Job summary

Usai Forge Pvt Ltd in Narketpally, Nalgonda, Telangana is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / Senior Engineer / Plant Engineer. The role requires hands-on maintenance of CNC and forging equipment, preventive and predictive maintenance, and strong drawing interpretation to support new installations.

The candidate should have a B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within forging/CNC environments, and possess good

• B.Tech (Mechanical) or Diploma (Mechanical) with minimum 5 years in mechanical maintenance.
• Experience in forging/CNC maintenance environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• CNC & Systems Maintenance: preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, coolant systems, chip conveyors, tool changers, bar feeders.
• Forging Presses & Equipment: maintain forging presses, nosing machines, trimming presses, induction heating systems, robotic handling, conveyors, die handling equipment, hydraulic power packs, cooling systems.
• Utilities: ensure uninterrupted operation of compressors, cooling towers, chillers, pumps, ETP/STP equipment.
• Plant Machinery: maintain EOT cranes, chain hoists, and workshop machines and equipment.
• Installation & Commissioning: support new machine installation, commissioning, and acceptance trials.
• Inspections & Inventory: coordinate thirdparty inspections; manage spare parts inventory for critical equipment.
• Preventive Maintenance: scheduling for all machines and equipment and execution.
• Mechanical Drawings: interpret drawings and prepare basic conceptual drawings for detailed designs.
• Emergency Repairs: coordinate urgent repairs with production teams.
• Documentation & compliance: maintain breakdown records, root cause analysis, compliance reports, and QMS documentation.
