Qualification & Experience

• B.Tech (EEE) / Diploma (Electrical)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in CNC machines & robotic automation

Key Responsibilities

• CNC troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in CNC machines to minimize downtime.
• PLC programming: Develop, modify, and update logic in Siemens & Fanuc PLCs.
• Preventive maintenance: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC machines and controllers.
• Electrical installations: Supervise installations ensuring compliance with statutory safety standards.
• Electrical Drawings: Interpret electrical drawings to understand specifications and requirements. Prepare basic conceptual drawings as the foundation for developing electrical drawings.
• Vendor coordination: Manage vendor interactions for spares, specialized repairs, and technical support.
• Documentation & compliance: Maintain breakdown records, root cause analysis, compliance reports, and QMS documentation, ensuring adherence to ISO & Aerospace quality standards.

Skills Profile

• Strong expertise in CNC machines and robotics within a forging/manufacturing setup.
• Proficiency in PLC programming, electrical tools, and inventory management.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and machine manuals for troubleshooting and installations.
• Competence in QMS compliance and documentation aligned with ISO & Aerospace standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven leadership in managing technical teams.
