Responsabilidades

• Attend and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical breakdowns.
• Maintain forging presses, trimming/shearing machines, and induction billet heaters.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and routine machine inspections.
• Diagnose issues in hydraulic systems, pumps, motors, sensors, valves, and lubrication systems.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring breakdowns.
• Maintain breakdown, downtime, and spare-parts records.
• Follow LOTO, 5S, safety procedures, and machine interlocks.
• Coordinate with production and shift teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
