Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical Maintenance role based in Bengaluru. The Mechanical Maintenance professional will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment, machinery, and systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Daily activities include conducting inspections, identifying mechanical issues, coordinating repairs, and maintaining detailed maintenance logs and documentation. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams and operations staff to implement maintenance schedules, support equipment upgrades, and ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational procedures. The professional may also assist in reading technical drawings, supporting installation work, and recommending improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Maintenance and Mechanical Engineering for diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing mechanical systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to interpret and work with technical drawings and equipment layouts.
