Job summary

Adecco India is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Executive for its manufacturing facility in Bidadi, Karnataka. The role requires hands-on experience in plant maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of production machinery to minimize downtime.

You will carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, diagnose faults, monitor machine performance, and coordinate with production teams to maintain uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in plant maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and minimizing downtime.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure optimum operational efficiency.
• Execute maintenance schedules to prevent unplanned downtime.
• Maintain utilities including compressors, pumps, motors, DG sets, and related equipment.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Maintain maintenance records, job cards, equipment history, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company maintenance procedures.
• Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new machinery.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements when necessary.
