Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site vibration analysis and condition monitoring of rotating machinery.
• Perform dynamic balancing of rotors, fans, pumps, and other rotating equipment.
• Carry out laser shaft alignment and machinery alignment activities.
• Troubleshoot bearings, couplings, shafts, motors, pumps, fans, and gearboxes.
• Install, commission, and demonstrate vibration monitoring and predictive maintenance equipment.
• Prepare service reports and technical recommendations.
• Travel to customer sites across India and coordinate with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site vibration analysis and condition monitoring of rotating machinery.
• Perform dynamic balancing of rotors, fans, blowers, pumps, impellers, and other rotating equipment.
• Carry out laser shaft alignment and machinery alignment activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems related to bearings, couplings, shafts, motors, pumps, fans, and gearboxes.
• Install, commission, and demonstrate vibration monitoring and predictive maintenance equipment.
• Prepare service reports, measurement reports, and technical recommendations.
• Travel to customer sites across India as required.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely completion of service activities.
