Job summary

Goldfarb Industries is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment in our Gujarat facility. You will troubleshoot rotating equipment, align and install machinery, and inspect critical components such as centrifugal pumps, gearboxes, valves, and bearings.

Experience in manufacturing is preferred. The role requires a BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering and hands-on work with rotating equipment.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Experience with centrifugal pumps, gearboxes, valves and bearings.
• Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot rotating equipment and mechanical failures.
• Carry out equipment alignment, installation and inspection.
• Work with centrifugal pumps, gearboxes, valves and bearings onsite.
