Job summary

Sun Toward Tech India Private Limited in Ranchi, Jharkhand seeks an extrusion blow molding operator to operate, set up, and maintain blow molding machines. You will program temperature, pressure, speed, timing and parison, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues, and keep daily records of production and maintenance.

You will coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams, monitor product quality, ensure safety and 5S standards, and contribute to reducing downtime and improving

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion blow molding machines.
• Set up machine parameters including temperature, pressure, speed, timing, parison programming.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical-related machine problems.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of blow molding machines.
• Die, mould and machine changeover and alignment.
• Monitor product quality, weight, dimensions and leakage.
• Reduce machine downtime and improve production efficiency.
• Identify root causes of machine and production problems.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
• Maintain daily machine/production/maintenance records.
• Handle utilities such as air compressor, chiller, cooling system and hydraulic system.
• Follow safety procedures and 5S standards.
