Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:

• Set up and operate molding machines, or other relevant processes.
• Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, time) based on product specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.

Quality Control:

• Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and address any quality issues that arise during production.
• Document production data, including quantities, quality, and materials used.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Perform routine maintenance on molding machines, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and make necessary repairs.

Safety:

• Follow all safety procedures and regulations when operating machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Other Duties:

• May be required to mix ingredients, change molds, or perform other tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

Fresher or Previous experience operating molding machines is preferred.
