Responsibilities

• Assist in prototype development, product testing, validation, and performance improvement activities.
• Analyze product performance, identify issues, and propose solutions for optimization.
• Develop and execute engineering test plans, analyse test data, and prepare technical reports.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for product improvements and new product ideas.
• Support team in conducting feasibility studies, product testing, and prototype creation.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for product failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with teams from various departments to ensure timely and successful product launches.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Evaluate materials, methods, and component selection for performance, durability, and cost optimization.
