Sciverse Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Pune district seeks an experienced Lead Mechanical Design Engineer to own mechanical product development from concept to production readiness. You will drive design decisions, validation plans, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Sciverse is looking for an experienced Lead Mechanical Design Engineer to take ownership of mechanical product development across the complete engineering lifecycle from concept definition and analytical design to simulation, prototyping, validation, and manufacturing readiness.
We are looking for someone who combines strong mechanical fundamentals, mathematical and analytical thinking, simulation expertise, and hands-on product development capability.
Prior medical device experience is not mandatory. Candidates from robotics, automotive, aerospace, instrumentation, industrial automation, consumer electronics, precision engineering, or other complex product-development environments are welcome.
Strong understanding of:
Experience with tools such as SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, Siemens NX, ANSYS, COMSOL, SolidWorks Simulation, MATLAB, Python, or equivalent platforms is preferred.
The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience taking complex mechanical or electromechanical products through multiple stages of development.
We are specifically looking for an engineer who can independently work through: Requirements → Engineering Analysis → Concept Development → Simulation → Detailed Design → Prototype → Testing → Failure Analysis → Iteration → Manufacturing
This is not a CAD-only role. The position requires strong ownership of the underlying physics, mathematics, engineering decisions, validation, manufacturability, and overall mechanical performance of the product.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Product Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
