Mechanical Design, Process & PLM Support Engineer

Join us to apply for the Mechanical Design, Process & PLM Support Engineer role at Quest Global.

Responsibilities:

• Provide mechanical design, process, and PLM support for the PMC-Hgas Project.
• Understand physical product architecture through reverse engineering and compare with design documents such as assemblies, sub-assemblies, and parts.
• Analyze existing product process flow maps/SOW and assist the manufacturing team in setting up the production line by updating process/SOW maps.
• Create or convert 2D/3D models using Creo software.
• Review and develop DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, etc., for listed products.
• Prepare test plans and reports.
• Review DFM and FAIR with suppliers and provide technical support for manufacturing plastic, sheet metal, and machined parts.
• Review process equipment design for line setup.
• Design support for fixtures and parts for line setup.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and line setup teams to provide necessary support.
• Document design and process procedures.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6 to 8 years of experience.
• Salary range: 7 to 9 LPA.
• Position available: 1.
