Job summary

Quest Global seeks a Concept Design Engineer with strong expertise in sheet metal design, concept development, 3D modeling, and detailing using PTC Creo. The candidate will transform engineering concepts into manufacturable designs while supporting product development, documentation, and release activities.

We value hands-on engineers who can create robust designs, collaborate with global teams, and ensure manufacturability and quality. Experience in GD&T, BOMs, and DFM/ DFA is preferred.

Qualifications

• We have a requirement for expert-level PTC Creo skills including Part Modeling, Assembly & Detailing.
• Strong expertise in Sheet Metal Design and Detailing.
• Experience in Concept Design and Product Development.
• Engineering Drawing Creation and Interpretation.
• GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
• BOM Management and Product Structure Maintenance.
• Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
• Knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs transforming requirements into detailed engineering solutions.
• Create 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using PTC Creo.
• Design sheet metal components, fabricated structures, and assemblies.
• Prepare detailed drawings with GD&T and manufacturing specifications.
• Perform design feasibility studies and support product development activities.
• Create and maintain BOMs, engineering documentation, and product structures.
• Review designs for manufacturability, cost optimization, and quality requirements.
• Support engineering change implementation and design revisions.
• Collaborate with global engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and quality teams.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, design guidelines, and customer requirements.
