Job summary

Teizosoft is seeking a Mechanical Design professional to contribute as a key R&D member in product transfer, localization, platform extension, and new product development activities.

The role focuses on hands-on design, technical expertise, and collaboration with manufacturing, quality, and other engineering teams to ensure feasible, robust designs that meet project requirements and enable smooth transitions to manufacturing and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD and GD&T with BOM documentation.
• Experience in electromechanical products and design for manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems and assemblies using CAD.
• Prepare design specifications, BOMs and documentation for manufacturing transitions.
• Contribute to design reviews and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including manufacturing and quality.
• Support failure analysis and root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Job Description/Responsibilities

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Mechanical Design to contribute as a key R&D engineering member in product transfer, localization, platform extension, and new product development activities.

• The role focuses on hands on design process, technical expertise and in shaping both optimizing designs and further product development.
• Design and develop mechanical systems, components and assemblies using CAD software (Creo)
• Provide engineering inputs for technical product optimization and working on VAVE projects.
• Technical support for series products which are already in production
• Act as interface / contact person for technical tasks for the purchasing team.
• Work with cross functional teams such as manufacturing, quality and other engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with project requirements.
• Prepare detailed design specifications, BOMs, and technical documentation to ensure smooth transitions to manufacturing/test/prototype.
• Actively participate in design reviews, contribute to process improvements, and suggest engineering solutions to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with global R&D, regions/divisions, to translate product requirements and constraints into practical engineering solutions.
• Perform tolerance stack-up analysis, design validation, and support simulation or geometry optimization activities to improve product robustness and manufacturability.
• Analyze product issues, support failure analysis and root cause analysis, define corrective measures, and support change management through technical evaluation and release recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal engineering standards, and design guidelines.
• INTERNAL DOCUMENT - Sharing with third parties requires NDA.

Technical Experience Required

• 68 years of relevant experience in mechanical or Mechatronics with product design and development, preferably in fans, motors, HVAC, industrial products, appliances, automotive, or other electromechanical engineering industries.
• Proficiency in CAD software, drawings, BOM creation, tolerance analysis, and product documentation.
• Actively participate in design reviews, contribute to process improvements, and suggest engineering solutions to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Ability to contribute to the design, testing devices, and test setup for the product, helping to build a cohesive technological ecosystem.
• Experience in electromechanical products, motors, fans, or air technology products is an advantage.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical / Mechatrnoics Engineering, Product Design, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
