Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in the electric panel manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components and systems for electric panels, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop mechanical components and systems for electric panels, including enclosures, busbars, and other mechanical parts.
2. Create 2D and 3D CAD designs using software such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or similar.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical components.
4. Conduct design reviews and ensure that designs meet industry standards, regulations, and company requirements.
5. Develop and maintain design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
6. Work with manufacturing teams to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM) and assembly.
7. Participate in design verification and validation activities to ensure that designs meet performance and safety requirements.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and standards, applying this knowledge to improve design processes and outcomes.

Requirements

1. Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
