Job summary

Transformers & Rectifiers requires a Mechanical Engineering professional to plan and prepare customer drawings for work orders and tenders as directed by the Marketing team. The role involves drafting and checking mechanical drawings for customers and manufacturing units, and resolving queries from internal and external customers.

The incumbent will monitor and troubleshoot ongoing jobs on the shop floor at all manufacturing stages, guide vendors on technical questions, ensure ISO-9001 and IMS

Responsibilities

• Planning for customer drawings of work order/tender as required by Marketing team
• Preparing/checking of mechanical drawings for customers/ manufacturing
• Solving the queries raised by internal and external customer.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of ongoing jobs at the shop floor at every stages of manufacturing.
• Guiding vendors with respect to technical queries and helping them for developing fabrication activities.
• Ensuring ISO-9001 & IMS documents are in place
• Providing guidance & training to down the line
• Develop and manage productivity and marking errors
