Job summary

Aditya Electro Mech is seeking an engineer in Design & Development to manage design packages from customer brief to production release. You will coordinate with customers, prepare CAD models, drawings, nesting files and BOM while ensuring timely task completion and status updates. The role requires strong CAD skills and attention to revision control.

You will interact with design management and production teams to ensure accurate designs and smooth handoffs throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proficient in CAD modelling and drafting.
• Experience in BOM preparation and 2D/3D CAD setups.
• Ability to prepare complete design packages with nesting info.

Responsibilities

• Receive input from management and coordinate with customer to identify requirements.
• Prepare complete design package including CAD 3D Modelling, drafting, nesting files and BOM.
• Update task status and prepare drawings.
• Develop 2D/3D CAD models and BOM.
• Submit designs for review and approval by Design Manager and customer.
• Release approved drawings to Production and liaise with production team.
• Provide design support and technical clarifications during production.
• Maintain revision logs and archive final drawings in server.

Department: Design & Development

Roles & Responsibilities: -

1. Input (Task) received from Management.
2. Co-ordinate with Customer by identifying customer requirements, preparing complete design package including CAD 3D Modelling, Drafting, preparations of cutting files with nesting as well as BOM preparation.
3. Similarly you have to update task your working status.
4. Prepare Drawings

• Develop 2D/3D CAD models and prepare BOM.

1. Review & Approval

• Submit designs to Design Manager for verification and approval.
• Design submit to customer for approval.

1. Release to Production

• Issue approved drawings to Production team for execution.
• Being continuously in touch with Production Team to identify fouls and revision in corresponding design

1. Design Support

• Provide technical support, clarifications, and modifications during production.

1. Update Records

• Maintain revision logs and archive final approved drawings.
• All data will be store in server.
