Job summary

Trs Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical BIM Modeller for international infrastructure projects in Noida. You will create detailed 3D models and drawings for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and gas systems, coordinating with architects and engineers to ensure clash-free designs.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience, strong AutoCAD and Revit skills, and the ability to work with global teams to meet tight deadlines while ensuring compliance with international MEP standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection).
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with international teams within deadlines.
• Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Some Mideast/international experience in buildings, airports, railway stations & lin ear infra would be a plus.

Role Summary

A BIM Modeller (Building Information Modelling Modeller) is responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure projects using BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. The role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate and clash‑free designs throughout the project lifecycle.
