• The HR Portal Content Management Associate supports the maintenance and upkeep of HR portal content to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and consistency. The role involves assisting in content updates, publishing activities, and routine audits across HR knowledge bases and portals.
• Working under guidance, the associate collaborates with HR and content teams to ensure information is aligned with policies and enhances the employee self service experience.
• The design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes. What are we looking for?
