Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Measurment and Reporting Associate to execute day-to-day Talent Product Compliance monitoring and reporting under SOPs. You will review evidence, document outcomes, and support audits across Service Operations.

This role does not own end-to-end compliance but contributes to governance and reporting functions. The candidate should have 2–5 years of relevant experience with 1–3 years in compliance, audit support, or operations governance.

• Maintain compliance trackers and reporting inputs.
• Adapt to routine problems using established guidelines and seek guidance as needed.

What would you do?

Day-to-day activity: Execute day-to-day Talent Product Compliance monitoring and reporting activities under defined SOPs. Responsible for evidence review, documentation, audit support, and tracking compliance outcomes across Service Operations. This role supports compliance reporting and does not own compliance end-to-end.
