Job summary

What would you do?

• The Performance Management Associate supports the delivery of Performance and Career Management services by processing employee and manager requests accurately and efficiently. The role focuses on transactional execution, adherence to defined processes, and timely resolution of performance related service requests while ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Exposure to Performance Management or HR transactional processes is an advantage.
• Support workforce behavior in alignment with the organization s business strategy by designing, developing, implementing, and executing key HR processes: strategic planning; supply demand; hiring and sourcing; on-boarding and integration; training and development; objective-setting and performance management; and compensation and rewards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Process incoming Performance Management requests received through email, case management tools, or portals.

• Update employee performance data accurately in HR systems as per user guides.
• Manage case workflow effectively and expand issues when required.
• Support performance evaluation cycles and administrative activities.
• Provide basic support to employees and managers related to goals, reviews, and performance administration.
• Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, and confidentiality requirements.
• Maintain quality standards, accuracy, and SLA compliance.
• Participate in team meetings, knowledge sharing, and process improvement discussions.
• Basic understanding of HR Operations and Performance Management processes.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on data accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Customer service orientation and ability to handle queries professionally.
• Ability to follow standard procedures and work instructions consistently.
• Willingness to work in a process driven, metrics oriented environment.
• Any Graduation
