Job summary

Capgemini India is seeking a skilled Reltio specialist to design and manage the MDM data model, including match/merge and survivorship rules, while optimizing data loading/exporting into Reltio.

You will manage RDM, user access, UI configuration, lifecycle and workflow, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth integration via Reltio Integration Hub and AWS-based ETL services. Strong collaboration and governance skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Reltio MDM, Integration, Data Model and related tooling.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, coding standards and reviews.
• Solid understanding of Master Data Management and data quality concepts.
• Experience scaling data models, large datasets, and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and manage the Reltio Data Model, including match & merge rules, survivorship rules, etc.
• Develop and optimize data loading/exporting processes into/from Reltio.
• Manage Reference Data Management (RDM), User Management, UI Config, handling Lifecycle and Workflow.
• Work with Reltio Integration Hub to ensure seamless data integration.
• Implement and maintain ETL/File Movement services, preferably using AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data flows and ensure seamless integration processes.
• Define best practices, develop, and optimize technical standards, design principles, best practices, and frameworks.
• Adapt quickly in a constantly changing environment and demonstrate technical curiosity and desire to innovate.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in Reltio MDM, Reltio Integration, Reltio Data Model, and GITHUB.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, and build processes.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles and concepts.
• Experience in managing large datasets/data models and data quality management.
