Job summary

Techaim Information Technologies is seeking an experienced Reltio Architect to lead the design of enterprise MDM solutions on the Reltio platform. You will define the technical strategy, data architecture, and integration framework to ensure scalable, secure master data across the organization.

You will guide development teams, engage stakeholders, and drive the architecture roadmap for Reltio implementations, with emphasis on data governance, security, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of MDM experience, with at least 4+ years architecting Reltio solutions.
• Deep expertise in Reltio core architecture: data modeling, match & merge, survivorship, hierarchy management, and workflow engine.
• Strong experience designing integration architectures using REST APIs, RIH, Kafka, and middleware/ETL platforms.
• Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and enterprise data strategy.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers/consultants on Reltio best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Reltio MDM solutions, including data models, entity relationships, hierarchies, and reference data structures.
• Define and govern match & merge strategies, survivorship rules, and data quality frameworks aligned to business requirements.
• Architect integration patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven) between Reltio and ERP/CRM/data lakes/analytics platforms.
• Establish best practices for API design, RIH usage, and middleware integration (MuleSoft, Kafka, Informatica).
• Own the technical roadmap for Reltio implementations, including scalability, performance, security, and DR considerations.
• Provide architectural oversight and hands-on guidance to developers and consultants throughout implementation.
• Collaborate with data governance, security, and compliance teams to ensure GDPR/HIPAA/privacy.
• Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and solution audits across Reltio environments.
• Engage with business stakeholders to translate data strategy into scalable technical solutions.
• Evaluate new Reltio features and industry trends to continuously improve MDM architecture.
• Define environment management, deployment and CI-CD release strategies for Reltio solutions.
• Produce architecture documentation including blueprints and data flow diagrams.
• Assess and recommend MDM platform/approach for multi-vendor or hybrid landscapes.
• Support migration or coexistence strategies from legacy MDM to Reltio.

We're looking for an experienced Reltio Architect to lead the design and architecture of enterprise Master Data Management solutions on the Reltio platform. You'll define the technical strategy, data architecture, and integration framework that ensures scalable, secure, and high-quality master data across the organization, while guiding development teams and engaging directly with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Reltio MDM solutions, including data models, entity relationships, hierarchies, and reference data structures.
• Define and govern match & merge strategies, survivorship rules, and data quality frameworks aligned to business requirements.
• Architect integration patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven) between Reltio and enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, data lakes, and downstream analytics platforms.
• Establish best practices for API design, Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) usage, and middleware integration (MuleSoft, Kafka, Informatica etc.).
• Own the technical roadmap for Reltio implementations, including scalability, performance, security, and disaster recovery considerations.
• Provide architectural oversight and hands-on guidance to developers and consultants throughout implementation, ensuring adherence to design standards.
• Collaborate with data governance, security, and compliance teams to ensure MDM solutions meet regulatory and privacy requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
• Conduct architecture reviews, technical risk assessments, and solution audits across Reltio environments.
• Engage with business stakeholders to translate data strategy and governance goals into scalable technical solutions.
• Evaluate new Reltio features, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve MDM architecture and capabilities.
• Define and enforce environment management, deployment, and release strategies (DevOps/CI-CD) for Reltio solutions.
• Produce architecture documentation, including solution blueprints, data flow diagrams, and integration specifications.
• Assess and recommend the right MDM platform/approach (Reltio vs. other tools) for specific use cases when supporting multi-vendor or hybrid MDM landscapes.
• Support migration or coexistence strategies when organizations transition from legacy MDM platforms to Reltio.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of MDM experience, with at least 4+ years specifically architecting Reltio solutions.
• Deep expertise in Reltio core architecture: data modeling, match & merge, survivorship, hierarchy management, and workflow engine.
• Strong experience designing integration architectures using REST APIs, RIH, Kafka, and middleware/ETL platforms.
• Solid understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality management, and enterprise data strategy.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers/consultants on Reltio best practices.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native integration patterns.
• Experience with scripting (Groovy, JavaScript, Python) for custom Reltio configurations.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills across relational and NoSQL systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
• Working knowledge of other MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM SAAS (Customer 360/MDM Hub), Stibo Systems STEP, Profisee, Semarchy - including data modeling, match/merge, and governance approaches across these tools.
• Ability to compare and contrast MDM platform capabilities to advise on tool selection, migration feasibility, or coexistence strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Reltio certification(s), particularly at an advanced/architect level.
• Certification(s) or formal training in at least one other MDM platform (e.g., Informatica MDM, Semarchy, Stibo STEP).
• Experience architecting MDM solutions in Manufacturing, healthcare, retail, or financial services.
• Familiarity with enterprise data architecture frameworks.
• Experience with data privacy and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA) in the context of master data.
• Prior experience in a pre-sales or solution architecture role within a consulting environment.
• Hands-on experience leading or contributing to MDM platform migrations (e.g., legacy tool to Reltio, or multi-domain MDM consolidation projects).
