Job summary

Quantiphi is seeking an experienced Data Engineer specializing in Master Data Management to implement and optimize Reltio MDM solutions in Bengaluru. You will model entities, relationships, and reference data, and drive quality through survivorship and match rules across enterprise data sources.

The role requires hands-on experience with Reltio MDM, REST APIs, RIH pipelines, SQL, and data modeling, along with collaboration with data stewards and business teams to enforce governance standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Data Engineering or Master Data Management.
• 4–5+ years hands-on with Reltio MDM / Reltio Connected Data Platform.
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts: golden record, hierarchy management, trust/survivorship, data governance.
• Match rule configuration, survivorship rules, crosswalk & source ranking.
• Reltio APIs (REST), RIH pipelines, and workflows.
• SQL, data modeling concepts, and JSON-based Reltio configurations.
• Experience integrating Reltio with ERP, CRM, Data Lakes, and downstream analytical systems.
• Knowledge of data quality concepts and integration with DQ tools (Collibra DQ, IDQ, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Reltio MDM data models, entities, relationships, and reference data.
• Develop and fine-tune match rules, survivorship rules, and crosswalk configurations to create golden records.
• Create and manage Reltio Workflow tasks for data stewardship, approval processes, and exception handling.
• Collaborate with data stewards and business teams to define data standards, governance rules, and ownership models.
• Integrate data from source systems using Reltio Integration Hub, APIs, Kafka, and batch ingestion pipelines.
• Set up data quality rules and validation logic using Reltio capabilities or external tools.
• Customize Reltio UI using UI Modeler, configure entity views, layouts, and search criteria.
• Support MDM data loads, synchronization jobs, data model promotions, and performance tuning.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture and governance frameworks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and document technical designs and mappings.
