Responsibilities

• Assist with end‑to‑end recruitment, sourcing, and screening candidates.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new team members.
• Maintain and update HR records and databases.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Help with performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes.
• Assist in the logistics of training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Resolve day-to-day HR queries from employees.

Key Responsibilities

• As an HR Fresher, you’ll get exposure to different areas of HR, including:
