Job summary

Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited is seeking a Material Management Executive (Digital & Analytics) to support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis at its HK airport area operations. You will liaise with Finance, coordinate MM system improvements, and manage RFQs and customer onboarding to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role requires strong English and Chinese, excellent communication, and robust IT literacy including MS O365 and data tools.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines, or equivalent with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong PC skills especially Microsoft O365 and database applications.
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of statistical applications.
• Knowledge and qualification in auditing skills an advantage.
• Good supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist annual budget preparation, subsequent forecast updates and business reviews.
• Monitor revenue and expenses per budget, analyze variances and alert seniors on risk with potential resolutions under minimum supervision.
• Assist in liaising with Finance for departmental financial activities and support internal BUs for recharge analysis.
• Provide support in leading IT projects of MM from the user perspective.
• Coordinate with IT and key users to establish critical guidelines for handling of major issues and configurations for MM systems.
• Perform a service request analysis to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Handle customer RFQs, gather and consolidate internal inputs, and prepare timely, accurate quotations.
• Benchmark proposed pricing and service levels against market standards to ensure competitiveness.
• Coordinate with customers for clarifications and follow-ups on RFQ content.
• Provide customer support, ensuring smooth contract onboarding, service setup, and ongoing relationship management.
