Job summary

HAECO Group in Hong Kong seeks a data-driven Procurement Enablement Specialist to coordinate supplier performance data, maintain scorecards, and drive AI-enabled workflows within Procurement.

You will support AI tools adoption (Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI), automate repetitive tasks, ensure timely data collection, cleansing, validation, and prepare management packs with accurate inputs.

Minimum 5 years in procurement or supplier management; Bachelor degree; strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, data analytics, automation, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data cleansing/validation.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools (Power BI, Copilot, Power Automate) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier performance data collection from multiple stakeholders and maintain KPI records.
• Monitor KPIs against contracts and service expectations; support governance activities.
• Develop, test, and maintain AI-enabled workflows in collaboration with IT/Digital teams.
• Prepare management reports and supplier review packs with accurate data inputs and analysis.

Position Description

What You'll Do

• Support the collection, consolidation, and validation of supplier performance data from procurement teams, business units, systems, and suppliers.
• Maintain supplier performance scorecards, KPI records, review materials, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs, service expectations, and contractual commitments.
• Coordinate supplier performance review meetings, prepare inputs, and follow up on agreed actions.
• Support supplier governance activities, risk monitoring, and performance improvement follow-up.

2. AI & Procurement Enablement

• Support the adoption of AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and other digital solutions, within Procurement activities.
• Identifypractical opportunities to automate repetitive supplier management and procurement support tasks.
• Assistin developing, testing, andmaintainingAI-enabled workflows and automation solutions in collaboration with IT / Digital teams.
• Support automation initiatives relating to supplier onboarding, supplier due diligence, reporting inputs, compliance tracking, and information management.
• Research emerging AIusecases and recommend practical applications to improve productivity, data accuracy, and decision support.

3. Data Management & Reporting Support

• Coordinate supplier and procurement data collection across stakeholders and ensuretimelysubmission of required information.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to improve accuracy and consistency.
• Maintainstructured datasets used for supplier performance reporting, contract monitoring, compliance tracking, and management updates.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and improvecompletenessof supplier performance information.
• Supportpreparationof management reports, presentations, and supplier review packs by providingaccuratedata inputs and analysis.

What You'll Need

1. Technical and other Relevant Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, business support, data coordination, analytics, automation, or a related field. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Specialist position.
• Goodunderstanding of procurement or supplier management processes isadvantageous.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital technologies applied to procurement and supplier management.

2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, ora relateddiscipline.
• Strongproficiencyin Microsoft Excel and ability to handle, clean,validate, and reconcile data fromdifferent sources.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI, or other AI-enabled tools is desirable.
