Job summary

Deconstruct is a fast-growing skincare brand seeking a proactive Senior Associate – Marketplace to manage growth across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms in Bengaluru.

You will drive day-to-day marketplace operations, optimize product listings, coordinate campaigns, monitor inventory, and work with teams to ensure strong marketplace performance. Experience in skincare or consumer brands is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day performance of assigned e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
• Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying opportunities and implementing initiatives.
• Improve product visibility through optimized catalogues, listings, A+ content, and search optimization.
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers and internal teams for campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Monitor inventory levels, shipments, and purchase orders to ensure product availability.
• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly business reports highlighting trends and opportunities.
• Assist with sales forecasting and demand planning using marketplace data.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Marketing, Finance and Operations to execute initiatives.
• Track promotions and marketing performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Address operational challenges by coordinating with stakeholders for timely resolution.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and result-oriented Senior Associate – Marketplace to manage and drive the growth of Deconstruct across multiple e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day marketplace operations, driving sales and revenue growth, improving product visibility, monitoring inventory, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong marketplace performance.

Prior experience with a skincare, cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, Ecommerce or D2C brand will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the day-to-day performance of assigned e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
• Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying opportunities across platforms and implementing initiatives to improve marketplace performance.
• Manage and optimize product catalogues, product listings, A+ content, and search optimization to improve product visibility and conversion.
• Work closely with marketplace account managers and internal teams to plan and execute platform-specific campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives.
• Monitor inventory levels, shipments, and purchase orders to ensure product availability and minimize stock-outs.
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure efficient inventory movement and fulfilment.
• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly business reports, highlighting key performance trends, challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Support sales forecasting and demand planning using marketplace performance data and business insights.
• Work closely with the Brand, Creative, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to execute marketplace initiatives effectively.
• Track the performance of promotions and marketing initiatives and identify opportunities to improve sales and overall marketplace performance.
• Take ownership of operational challenges and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
