Job summary

MetaMorph is seeking a Marketplace Leader to drive end-to-end e-commerce growth, revenue, and profitability across leading platforms. You will own marketplace operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, optimize ROAS and TACOS, manage pricing, inventory, and run data-driven campaigns with a high-performing team.

You will partner with sales, marketing, and product to scale a D2C, FMCG and lifestyle business, using analytics to forecast demand, optimize promotions, and expand market share

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketplace management experience across multiple sectors such as D2C, FMCG, beauty, consumer electronics, fashion or retail.
• Strong expertise in marketplace operations, advertising, commercial negotiations, and P&L metrics.
• Experience scaling businesses in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Drive GMV, revenue, profitability, and market share growth.
• Lead marketplace advertising, performance marketing, and ROAS/ACOS/TACOS optimization.
• Own catalog, pricing, promotions, inventory planning, and seasonal campaigns.
• Build strong platform partnerships and lead a high-performing team.
• Drive data-led decisions through sales analytics, forecasting, and category insights.

Ideal Profile:

• 10+ years in marketplace management across D2C, FMCG, Beauty, Consumer Electronics, Fashion, or Retail.
• Strong expertise in marketplace operations, advertising, commercial negotiations, and P&L metrics.
