Job summary

Elixir Cosmetics Pvt Ltd is seeking a Marketplace Growth leader to own the P&L across major platforms and drive growth through strategy, forecasting and channel plans.

You will manage ads, optimize product listings, content, and search visibility, while coordinating with supply chain and marketing to align campaigns and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the marketplace business across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, FirstCry, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.).
• Develop the annual marketplace growth strategy, sales forecasts and channel plans.
• Manage marketplace advertising, including Amazon Ads and platform-specific ad products.
• Manage product listings, catalog, content, ratings, reviews and search visibility.
• Drive ASO and marketplace SEO to improve search rank and organic discoverability.
• Lead marketplace promotions, pricing, assortment and the promotional calendar.
• Track and improve Buy Box share, search rank and category share.
• Monitor ROAS, TACoS, conversion, AOV and campaign performance by platform.
• Build marketplace dashboards using Power BI / Looker Studio, Excel or platform analytics.
• Lead A/B testing on listings, images, A+ content, ads and offers.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on inventory availability, fill rate and demand planning.
• Manage relationships with marketplace category / account managers, agencies and creative teams.
• Work closely with the marketing team and external agencies to align campaigns and priorities.
• Ensure platform compliance and governance.
