Job summary

Coitonic Outfits Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace operations across Ajio, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, and similar platforms. You will handle product listings, catalog updates, pricing, and inventory while ensuring brand consistency.

The role requires coordination with warehouse teams and analytics on performance, trends, and promotions to drive sales and maintain accurate records. A detail-oriented mindset and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings across marketplaces like Ajio, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, and other e-commerce platforms.

• Monitor marketplace orders, returns, cancellations, and customer-related issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.

• Monitor marketplace performance, sales trends, and account health metrics.
• Assist in running marketplace promotions, deals, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams for catalog management and issue resolution.
• Maintain reports related to sales, inventory, returns, and marketplace operations.

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Account / E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace operations across platforms such as AJIO, Myntra, and Nykaa Fashion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory coordination, order management, catalog updates, marketplace promotions, and account performance monitoring while ensuring smooth marketplace operations and brand consistency.
