Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Pune is seeking a Marketing Technology Engineer with 5+ years of experience in marketing tech, product analytics, or growth engineering. You will work across marketing, product, and engineering to implement event tracking, data pipelines, and integration with SaaS platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience with Segment, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Braze, AppsFlyer, and others, plus strong API, SQL, and governance skills.

Qualifications

Role: Marketing Technology Engineer

Exp-5-10 Years

Location: Pune

Notice Period: 0-30 Days

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Product Analytics, or Growth Engineering
• Hands-on experience with at least 23 of the following platforms:
• Segment (or similar CDP/event pipeline)
• Mixpanel (or Amplitude)
• Adjust (or AppsFlyer)
• MoEngage / Clevertap / Braze
• Experience working with mobile applications (iOS/Android) and event tracking frameworks
• Strong understanding of:
• Event tracking design and governance
• Data pipelines and integrations
• Attribution models and marketing analytics
• Experience managing SaaS platforms and vendor ecosystems
• Experience working in cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering)
• Basic to intermediate SQL for data validation and reconciliation
• Comfortable reading REST API responses, webhooks, and JSON payloads
• Understanding of identity resolution (track vs. identify) and session analytics
• Familiarity with install tracking and deep linking

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, or related discipline
• Strong understanding of:
• APIs and system integrations
• Data consistency and reconciliation
• Platform governance and operational processes
• Experience in regulated or security-conscious environments (preferred)
• Familiarity with data protection and privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR or similar)
