Job summary

Laundrease in Pune, India is seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own customer acquisition and retention. You will run experiments, manage performance campaigns across Google, Meta, and other channels, and work closely with the product team to drive growth.

You will design and execute growth experiments, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with content and design to craft effective creatives. This role focuses on measurable growth and a strong analytics mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta.
• Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Mixpanel or similar tools.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).
