The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in marketing operations and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. This on-site role supports budget tracking and asset governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, operations or procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing administration, procurement, documentation, PO/PR and vendor coordination.
• Maintain budget vs. spend trackers, reports, audit documents and purchase records.
• Handle marketing data, reporting repositories, content uploads and brand asset management.
• Coordinate creative adaptations and campaign assets with internal teams and agencies.
• Support influencer/KOL asset workflows, feedback, approvals and timely delivery.
• Maintain media trackers and monitor asset usage rights, approvals and compliance.
• Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
