Job summary

Gallagher Bengaluru is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support retention, nurture, and lead generation. You will analyse engagement across channels, report on performance, and provide insights to boost campaigns. You’ll collaborate with marketing and sales teams, manage content, and ensure accuracy across multilingual content.

The role requires a digital-first mindset, 3+ years of experience, and strong analytics with Google Analytics and SEO data. English and other languages are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of professional experience.
• Experience using Google Analytics and SEO data for content strategy and opportunities.
• Multilingual proficiency.
• Experience creating content strategies and content experiences for websites with SEO, multilingual and business goals top of mind for enterprises.
• Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication and cross-functional negotiation skills.
• Experience developing B2B and B2C content for a global audience – including translated content.
• Understanding of HTML, component-based content management systems.
• Skilled at collaborating with digital teams and Marketing and Sales stakeholders.
• Experience and/or understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Measure and interrogate data from multiple channels to measure engagement and provide insight on the customer experience

• Ensure monthly and quarterly reports are produced to deadlines
• Provide insight to our sales teams
• Update marketing collateral
• Provide proofreading support as required
• Monitor Trustpilot reviews for Ireland and monitor our marketing inbox

Overview

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our marketing teams in the UK.

You’ll be working with marketing colleagues and key stakeholders across Gallagher to deliver revenue through our campaigns and enhance the customer experience. We’re looking for a data-driven individual who can analyse and interrogate engagement across multiple channels and provide insight to boost our marketing performance.

With excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload, this role would suit an adaptable and motivated individual.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

• Work with our in-house teams to support the objectives of retention, nurture and lead generation.

About you

• Multilingual proficiency.


• Experienced in creating content strategies and content experiences for websites with SEO, multilingual and business goals top of mind for enterprises.


• Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication and cross-functional negotiation skills.


• Experience developing B2B and B2C content for a global audience – including translated content.


• Understanding of HTML, component-based content management systems.


• Skilled at collaborating with digital teams and Marketing and Sales stakeholders.


• Experience and/or understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.


• Demonstrated hands‑on experience using Google Analytics and leveraging business data to inform decisions.

Preferred:

• Risk, Insurance, and Consulting experience for a primarily B2B audience preferred.


• Multilingual site experience desirable.


• Agile experience is a plus.


• Multilingual expertise in English-Spanish and/or English-Portuguese
