Job summary

Gallagher in India is seeking an Enablement & Inclusion professional to support Learning & Development (L&D) and Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) initiatives under GGB UK HR guidance.

You will manage projects, create and maintain content on SharePoint and the company site, and coordinate governance meetings and campaigns with internal teams and vendors to drive inclusive programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 1–3 years HR experience including organizational development, change management, and/or inclusion & diversity work.
• Experience designing organization-wide initiatives (OD, HR or I&D).
• Strong program and project management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows while maintaining quality.
• Passion for inclusion & diversity work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project management, campaign delivery and development/maintenance of L&D and I&D content.
• Maintain L&D and I&D content on SharePoint and company website/system.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Communications to ensure campaign effectiveness and measure impact.
• Provide insights from stakeholder feedback and engagement analytics.
• Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders, vendors and partners.
• Coordinate governance meetings, prepare slides, capture actions and share summaries.
• Work with social media to curate and distribute L&D/I&D content.
• Support external vendor and partnership logistics, including invoicing.

How you'll make an impact:

Reporting into the Enablement Manager (model TBC: Direct management or Workload Management), this role supports activities across the GGB UK Learning & Development (L&D) and Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) team and is accountable for helping provide project management and support to advance Gallagher’s L&D and I&D initiatives. The role will be focused on working closely with internal stakeholders and priorities in accordance with the vision outlined by the GGB UK HR Leadership Team

Responsibilities

• Assists in project management, campaign delivery and development/maintenance of content and resources to drive success of L&D and I&D initiatives in partnership with appropriate business and functional team members.
• Responsible for the development, management and maintenance of L&D and I&D content on SharePoint and company website/system as needed.
• Partners with our Marketing/Communications teams to ensure effective campaign delivery and measure the impact of our Communications in driving inclusive behaviors and in compiling reporting to monitor engagement.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on colleague feedback and engagement with communications channels/ initiatives.
• Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders including business and functional team members, vendors, community partners, etc.
• Coordinate governance meetings and working groups, including scheduling, preparing slides and materials, capturing actions and sharing meeting summaries.
• Partners with social media team to curate/co-ordinate/distribute L&D and I&D related content, including writing copy for posts.
• Responsible for supporting external vendor and partnership logistics, including submitting and monitoring the processing/payment of invoices with appropriate coding.

About you

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Must have a minimum of 1-3 years' human resources experience including organizational development, change management and/or inclusion & diversity work
• Experience as an organizational development specialist charged with designing and implementing organization-wide initiatives (experience and/or advanced training in Business, Human Resources, or Inclusion & Diversity)
• Strong program and project management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Applies expertise and thinks creatively to address unique or ambiguous situations and to find solutions to problems that can be complex and non-routine.
• Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate repetitive workflows, data analysis, or draft creation without compromising final quality, in line with Gallagher governance and policy.
• Demonstrates a passion for Inclusion & Diversity work with relevant experience
