Job summary

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) in India seeks a reporting professional to standardize the reporting delivery process and identify opportunities to automate routine reports globally. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and collaboration across regions and stakeholders.

You will develop domain and technical skills while supporting junior professionals in a fast-paced, globally connected environment with local impact.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand, build & standardize the reporting delivery process.
• Identify opportunities to automate the regular and common reports globally with contextualization by region, user type and scope.
• Understand the reporting requirement, analyze, consult the business & implement the right metrics and reporting formats, set right expectations with stake holders, deliver on time with zero errors.
• Work as a contributed team member under very moderate supervision.
• Build domain expertise along with technical skills.
• Handle relatively complex problems using standard concepts and judgement.
• Assist junior professionals as needed.
