You will lead branding initiatives, coordinate digital marketing (SEO/SMO/content creation), and oversee media shoots and testimonials. Interaction with clients must ensure timely updates and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial marketing efforts for construction/interior projects.

• Maintain client updates and approvals with faultless MIS presentations.

Marketing Sales Manager

Residential / Commercial - construction and interior industry experience is must.

• Age 35 to 45
• Client Management / Client Satisfaction
• 10 years plus experience
• Project Closing-Sales Targets, Sales target vs Actuals / Presentation with faultless MIS.
• Lead Generation activity ie., LGP (Brand building / PR/ Enquiry generation etc..), Master Lead Register management / review, Finding new marketing avenues / Associate channel partners.
• Branding - Digital Marketing - Leading / ccoordinating a team on SEO / SMO / Content Creation, Site hoarding / Pre post photo/video shoots, Testimonies etc.
• Client interactions to ensure 100% Client updates approvals.
