Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and lead 360-degree marketing strategies that align with business goals across digital, content, social, email, and offline channels.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
• Own and drive content marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling, audience-focused messaging.
• Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website performance.
• Lead and manage social media marketing across platforms with a data-driven approach to grow engagement and brand presence.
• Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using platforms like Hubspot or similar tools.
• Handle end-to-end marketing operations — from planning to seamless execution, reporting, and optimization.
• Manage brand partnerships and strategic collaborations to increase brand awareness and market reach.
• Support product marketing efforts, including go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to derive insights and continuously improve marketing efforts.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing with a strong understanding of 360-degree marketing.
• Proven expertise in building and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Solid experience in content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Strong grasp of marketing operations and the ability to drive campaigns from ideation to execution.
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools like Hubspot or equivalent platforms.
• Demonstrated experience managing brand partnerships and external collaborations.

Additional Highly Desired Experiences

• Previous experience developing and executing marketing and branding strategies.
• Hands-on experience with product marketing, including launches and campaign support.
• Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools to support creative needs.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
