Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role
OnPoint Insights is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support the marketing of our IT, Data, Analytics, AI, and software services.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple digital marketing activities, including content creation, SEO, social media, email campaigns, website updates, marketing collateral, case studies, presentations, and video content.
You will work closely with the marketing, design, technical, and sales teams to strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and communicate our capabilities effectively across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Develop and optimize online advertising campaigns to reach relevant B2B audiences and achieve lead-generation and ROI goals.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and audience behaviour.
- Support marketing campaigns for the company’s services, solutions, events, webinars, and thought-leadership initiatives.
Blog and SEO Content
- Research, write, edit, and publish SEO-optimised blog posts on the company website.
- Identify topics based on industry trends, target audience interests, business priorities, and client pain points.
- Conduct keyword research and apply on-page SEO best practices.
- Coordinate with internal subject-matter experts to develop technically accurate and engaging content.
- Review and update existing website and blog content to improve relevance and search performance.
LinkedIn and Social Media
- Plan, create, and publish LinkedIn content according to the monthly content calendar.
- Develop content for carousels, thought-leadership posts, service promotions, event campaigns, company announcements, employee updates, and industry insights.
- Write engaging captions and optimise posts for reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor social media performance and recommend content improvements.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across social media platforms.
Website Management
- Regularly update website pages, service descriptions, event information, blogs, banners, forms, and calls to action.
- Coordinate with the development or technical team for website changes and enhancements.
- Review website content for accuracy, consistency, SEO, formatting, and user experience.
- Monitor website traffic, conversions, and content performance using analytics tools.
- Experience with WordPress or another content management system will be preferred.
Marketing Collateral and Content Creation
- Create and coordinate marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media creatives, event materials, capability documents, and sales enablement content.
- Prepare marketing presentations and pitch decks for campaigns, events, client meetings, and ad-hoc sales requirements.
- Work with internal teams or designers to ensure all content follows brand guidelines.
- Experience using Canva, PowerPoint, or similar design tools is preferred.
Email Marketing
- Plan, create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns for events, services, newsletters, lead-nurturing programmes, and company updates.
- Build and segment email lists based on audience profiles and campaign objectives.
- Write effective subject lines, email copy, and calls to action.
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, conversions, unsubscribes, and other campaign metrics.
- Experience with platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, or similar email marketing tools will be an advantage.
Case Studies and Sales Content
- Work with project, sales, and technical teams to develop client case studies and success stories.
- Translate technical project details into clear, outcome-focused marketing content.
- Create content highlighting client challenges, solutions delivered, technologies used, and measurable business outcomes.
- Support the development of service brochures, capability decks, solution briefs, and proposal content.
Demo and Video Content
- Coordinate the creation of short product demos, service videos, event videos, social media clips, and customer-facing video content.
- Develop scripts, storyboards, captions, and supporting copy for videos.
- Perform basic video editing or coordinate with designers and technical teams to produce polished content.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Camtasia, or similar platforms will be preferred.
Reporting and Analytics
- Track and analyse website, social media, email, advertising, and lead-generation performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion rates, campaign performance, and marketing ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an IT services, technology, SaaS, consulting, or B2B organisation.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, content marketing, lead generation, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to research and simplify technical topics for business audiences.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media analytics.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Experience working with WordPress or another website content management system.
- Basic design and presentation skills using Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and project-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn about emerging technologies and industry trends.
Preferred Skills
- Experience marketing Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Microsoft, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, software development, or other IT services.
- Experience creating case studies, whitepapers, solution briefs, and thought-leadership content.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Basic video creation and editing experience.
- Understanding of paid media, conversion tracking, landing pages, and marketing funnels.
- A portfolio of blogs, social media posts, campaigns, presentations, designs, or videos will be an advantage.
