The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives to build brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution — from digital marketing to client engagement and field activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business and sales objectives.
• Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns, networking, partnerships, and on ground activities.
• Manage online and offline marketing campaigns across various channels (social media).
• Conduct market research to identify customer segments, trends, and competitor activities.
• Schedule and attend client meetings to understand their energy requirements and present customized solar solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to convert leads into opportunities.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, proposals, and digital content.

Requirements
